With Lagutta POS, you can create flexible Subscription Plans (Abos) that allow customers to prepay for a fixed number of items or services — such as 30 shirts or 10 trousers — valid over a set period of time.
You can assign Abos to specific items, set pricing and validity rules, and even create variations (Sub-Abos) for folded vs. hanger options, quantity tiers, and more.
Step-by-Step Guide to Adding a New Subscription Plan (Abo)
1. Log in to Lagutta Back Office
2. Navigate to Abos
In the left-hand navigation menu, go to the Products section and select Abos. Here, you’ll see a list of all existing Subscription Plans (Abos).
3. Create a New Subscription Plan
- Click the + Add button to create a new Subscription Plan (Abo).
A configuration window will open.
Add an Image or Color
Click on the camera icon in the placeholder to open the image selection popup.
- Gallery: Upload a custom image from your device.
- Library: Select from pre-set images (e.g., shirts, trousers, jackets).
- Color: Assign a color instead of an image for better visual distinction.
Once selected, you’ll return to the Abo configuration screen.
Subscription Plan Configuration
General Settings
- Available for Sale: Toggle ON to make this Abo available in the POS.
- Name: Enter the name of the Abo (e.g., “30 Shirt Abo – Folded”).
- Validity Period: Choose the validity of the Abo.
- Select Always valid if the Abo has no expiration.
- Or choose a fixed period like 6 months, 1 year, etc.
- Included Item Quantity: Define how many items are included in the subscription (e.g., “30” for a 30-shirt plan).
- Total Subscription Price: Enter the total price for the full subscription (e.g., price for all 30 shirts).
- Link to Item or Variant: Click to open a popup with all available items.
- If the item has variants, you’ll be able to assign the Abo to specific variants.
- This allows the POS to recognize when an Abo is used with a matching item and deduct the correct amount.
- Stores: If you operate multiple stores, select which locations should offer this Abo.
- VAT: Select the correct VAT/Tax rate that applies to this plan.
Sub-Abo (Optional)
If your Abo has multiple variations (e.g., hanger vs. folded, or different quantities), you can add Sub-Abos.
To add a Sub-Abo:
- Click + Sub-Abo to open the variant configuration window.
- Enter:
- Name of the Sub-Abo
- Included Item Quantity
- Total Subscription Price
- Link to Item or Variant
(Same fields and logic as in the main Abo)
4. Save and Apply
- Click the Save button to finalize the setup.
- The Subscription Plan (Abo) will now appear in the Lagutta POS.
- To sell an Abo, tap the “Buy Abo” button in the top bar of the Sales page.
