With Lagutta POS, you can easily enable the Customer Loyalty Program to encourage repeat orders by rewarding customers with loyalty points. Activate the program and set the reward factor to define the percentage of each order value converted into points and added to the customer’s account.
Step-by-Step Guide to Activating the Customer Loyalty Program
1. Log in to Lagutta Back Office
To activate and configure the Loyalty Reward Factor, log in to the Lagutta Back Office. Learn How to Access Lagutta Back Office.
2. Navigate to Store Settings
On the left-hand navigation bar, select Stores. Choose the store for which you want to activate the loyalty program.
3. Open Loyalty Program Settings
Within the selected store settings, click Loyalty Program.

4. Enable the Loyalty Program and Set the Reward Factor
- Toggle the Enable Loyalty Program button to activate the program.
- Enter the percentage of the order value to be converted into loyalty points in the Loyalty Rewards Factor field.
Example: Setting a 5% reward factor means 5% of the order value will be credited as loyalty points to the customer’s account
